Kaizen was founded in 2024 to solve the problem of valet waste services often failing to deliver consistency. By listening to property managers, residents, and owners, we rebuilt the model from the ground up, guided by two core principles: no doorstep left unserviced and photo verification for every doorstep.
For us, improvement isn't a goal. It’s a habit. Guided by KAIZEN (改善), a philosophy focused on making small, incremental changes in processes, products, and culture involving everyone from top management to runners, leading to significant long-term gains in quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, starting at 7:00 PM
Requirements: Driver’s license, reliable transportation (pickup preferred), ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Commitment: Full weekly schedule required
Pay, up to $25/hr
